Mosaic Electrical is a locally owned and operated electrical contracting company serving the Central North Island of New Zealand. We provide a full range of electrical services for residential, commercial, industrial, and rural clients, covering everything from routine maintenance and repairs to large-scale new installations and emergency callouts. Our team brings together decades of combined hands-on experience, and we take pride in delivering work that is safe, compliant, and built to last.

The company was founded by two experienced tradespeople — Matthew Corbett (formerly of Corbie Electrical) and David Lourie (formerly of DJL Electrix) — who each built strong reputations in the industry before coming together to create something greater. Having run their own successful businesses, they understand what clients genuinely want: clear communication, honest advice, tidy workmanship, and dependable service that shows up when promised. Mosaic Electrical was born from the belief that two good operators, working together, can offer clients a higher standard of care than either could alone.
